Shipping and Returns

Delivery:

We ship world wide using Royal mail and our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. 
We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. 

If there’s any discrepancies with the items in your order we will contact you via email. The parcels for the UK are send either by Track 48 or Track 24 depending on what you choose at the check out. Track 48/24 does not reflect on our processing time, its the service used by Royal Mail. Tracked 48 will typically arrive in 2-3 working days, and Track 24 will typically arrive in 1-2 working days.

Shipping cost UK:

EU up to 2KG are send tracked for £12.00

New Zealand up to 2KG are send tracked for £20.00

USA up to 2KG are send tracked for £14.00

Parcels to the rest of the world up to 2KG are send tracked £16.00

Returns:

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. 

We do not accept returns on patterns. 

All returns must be agreed beforehand. Please email us with the reason why and order number if you wish to do an exchange or refund.

• The item must be in a saleable condition which means they must have been kept in a smoke-free environment and yarn must have the ball bands intact unused condition.
• We will refund you the cost of the returned item excluding the original postage unless you are returning part of your order then the original postage charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost of returning unless your item is faulty.
• Should you prefer an exchange, there will be an additional postage charge.
