Refund policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. 

We do not do refunds on patterns and books.

All returns must be agreed beforehand. Please email us with the reason why and order number if you wish to do an exchange or refund.

• The item must be in a saleable condition which means they must have been kept in a smoke-free environment and yarn must have the ball bands intact unused condition.
• We will refund you the cost of the returned item(s) excluding the cost of the shipping already paid. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning unless your item is faulty.
• Should you prefer an exchange, there will be an additional postage charge.
